BANK CARD PAYMENT

To pay for products or services using a bank card, select "Pay by Bank Card" on the appropriate page of the Website.

Description of the Payment Process
When choosing payment via bank card, transaction processing is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Upon completing your order on our Website, click the "Pay by Bank Card" button; the system will redirect you to the authorization server page where you will be prompted to enter your bank card details, authorize the transaction, and then return to our Website by clicking "Return to Store." Once you return, the system will notify you of the authorization results. Upon confirmation, your order will automatically be processed according to your specified terms. If authorization is declined, you may repeat the payment procedure.

Order Cancellation
Upon cancellation of items from a paid order (or upon cancellation of the entire order), you may select alternative products for that amount, or request a full refund to your card by writing to support@mosfilm.ru in advance.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by sending an email containing a link to download the selected product.
